Director of Organizational Development
Reporting to Executive Director the Director of Organizational Development provides administrative support, organizational planning/design and works in partnership with committee leaders to respond to inquires, communicate on behalf of WBFF & promote initiatives via weekly newsletters that address goals and strategies. This position provides advice and support aimed at building organization cohesion, health and flexibility.
Board Member
Our board members champion the importance of exceptional board leadership and believe that each and every organization needs a strong and effective board to fully realize its potential for good. In addition to the standard roles and responsibilities of a board member, our board members are active advocates and ambassadors for the organization and are fully engaged in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary for Waltham Black Future Fund to advance its mission.
Fundraising/ Grant Writer Intern
Under general direction of the Executive Director, this position responsible for strategic fundraising which includes: Looking ahead at the work of the agency and plotting out and implementing a strategy to raise funds to support current and prospective work. Requires clarity of focus and purpose, and ability to spearhead strategic program development and planning, and undertake strategy-based fund raising research and cultivation of potential major donors. Ultimately, the goal is to develop and implement a of multi-year fund strategy,
