Working together to build a better future

Racism can exert negative effects on the self-concepts, health and well-being, and life trajectories of BIPOC in our communities

Our mission is to make Waltham a model of what a progressive community can accomplish. We strive to create consensus around these inequalities as well a shared plan for improving the life and opportunity for BIPOC in Waltham .

Waltham Black Future Fund is an LLC and new organization so please stay tuned as we build this site and resources!

Changing the world is possible but this is a movement of many

. .

Our leadership team bring years of collective experience ,

We are a team of BIPOC and Allies committed to building a stronger & safer community for all while celebrating what makes our city remarkable.

This is a movement of many. Whether you’re most comfortable contributing time to help achieve our advocacy goals, money to help us grow, or energy to put political pressure on our governments to recognize the power of the people, we need you on our team.

“The beauty of anti-racism is that you don’t have to pretend to be free of racism to be an anti-racist. Anti-racism is the commitment to fight racism wherever you find it, including in yourself. And it’s the only way forward.” — Ijeoma Oluo
